Voice Audio: During gameplay, students may use the microphone to practice phonics sounds. Voice audio is processed in real-time by the browser or by our service providers and is never stored by Vibe Verse Edu or by our sub-processors. Audio is immediately discarded after processing.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect From Students
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers or physical addresses
- Photos, videos, or persistent audio recordings
- Real full names (teachers assign nicknames only)
- Geolocation or GPS data
- Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data
- Social media accounts or contacts
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers to operate the platform. None of these providers store student data beyond the duration of each API call. No personally identifiable information is included in any payload sent to these services.

5. Data Retention

6. Parental & School Rights
Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), parents and schools have the right to:
- Request a description of the information collected about their student
- Request deletion of all student data
- Refuse further collection or use of their student's information
- Opt their student out of the platform at any time
Teachers can delete individual student profiles directly from the Teacher Dashboard. For all other requests, contact support@vibeverseedu.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary session cookie (student_session). It is httpOnly, secure, and expires after 4 hours. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered teachers by email of any material changes to this privacy policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
