Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Verse Edu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Vibe Verse Edu ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility & Account Types

Teacher Accounts: You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account. Teacher accounts are used to manage classrooms, create student profiles, and monitor student progress.

Student Access: Students access the Platform exclusively through teacher-issued class codes. Students do not create accounts. Student profiles are created and managed by their teacher.

3. Acceptable Use

The Platform is intended for educational use only. You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any non-educational or commercial purpose
Attempt to access another teacher's classroom or student data
Share class codes with unauthorized individuals
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with the Platform
Use the Platform to collect personal information from children

4. Data Ownership

Teachers and schools retain ownership of all student data created through the Platform. Vibe Verse Edu acts as a data processor on behalf of the school. We do not sell, rent, or share student data with third parties for commercial purposes. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design elements, game mechanics, characters, and branding on the Platform are the intellectual property of Vibe Verse Edu and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Teachers may delete their account at any time by contacting support@vibeverseedu.com. Upon account deletion, all associated student data is permanently removed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Verse Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered teachers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
